With over two decades of experience in public education, I have been dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environments since 2003. I hold a bachelor's degree in education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and a master's degree in early childhood special education. To further support my students' foundational growth, I have also completed specialized professional training and certifications in LETRS and Multisensory Structured Language Education (MSLE).

Throughout my career, I have specialized in supporting early learners from Pre-K through 3rd grade. After spending two years teaching in a self-contained classroom, I transitioned to a resource setting, where I have spent the majority of my career providing targeted, individualized support. For me, the absolute best part of teaching is watching students tackle difficult challenges and find genuine success in their learning journey. I firmly believe that no matter the skill, every single milestone is important and deserves to be celebrated.

I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the Rosinton Elementary community and to have the daily opportunity to help my students become the absolute best they can be.

Outside of the classroom, my life is filled with community and family. I love spending time with my husband and friends, serving others through our church, and enjoying a newfound passion for bird watching!

I have been privileged to spend the past 27 years in education, teaching students from kindergarten through high school. Throughout my career, I have taught at seven different schools, gaining a wide range of experiences and opportunities to impact the lives of students of all ages.

What I love most about teaching is watching students grow, gain confidence, and achieve success. Seeing former students reach their goals and knowing I played a small part in their journey has been one of the greatest rewards of my career.

Outside of the classroom, I am blessed with a wonderful family. I am married and the proud mother of four sons, two daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter, who bring so much joy to my life.

Teaching has never been just a profession for me—it's a calling, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my students every day.

I moved to Baldwin County in 2011, and Rosinton has truly become home. I am happy to experience Rosinton Elementary as a Paraprofessional and a parent. My husband and I are blessed with four amazing children, and being part of this school has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. As both a parent and a resource para, I understand the importance of creating a caring, supportive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

After spending several years in healthcare, I realized my greatest passion was helping children learn, grow, and believe in themselves. That calling led me to education, where I have the privilege of encouraging students every day and celebrating both their big accomplishments and their everyday victories.

I strive to lead with a servant’s heart, treating each student with kindness, patience, and compassion. It is an honor to partner with families and fellow educators to help students grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and become the very best version of themselves. I am grateful to be part of a community that feels like family and look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of our students each day.

Hi! I’m Laren Wimberley, and I teach English as Second Language. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, and a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. This will be my 10th year as an ESL teacher. I enjoy working with students from diverse backgrounds and helping them build the language skills they need to succeed both academically and socially.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four children. I look forward to partnering with students and families to make this a successful and enjoyable school year!
