Kindergarten Teacher
Hello! My name is Jami Weekley, and I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten at Rosinton Elementary! I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Alabama and my master’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from the University of West Alabama. I have had the opportunity to teach both first grade and Kindergarten, and Kindergarten has truly captured my heart. I love helping young learners build a strong foundation and discover a love for learning each day.
I believe teaching is my ministry and consider it a privilege to invest in the lives of young children during such an important stage of their growth and development. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels loved, encouraged, and excited to learn.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy going to the beach, reading a good book, baking, and spending time with my fur baby. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning, growing, and making lasting memories with my students and their families!
Brittany Dolan

Hi! My name is Brittany Dolan. I am a kindergarten teacher at Rosinton Elementary. I am a Baldwin County native and I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Masters in Elementary Education. I started working at Rosinton in 2023 and I am so happy to be a part of this community! I am passionate about helping all students succeed by creating a classroom environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
Outside of the classroom I spend my time with my daughter Sara Dolan (a Rosinton Rascal) and our Rosinton fur babies – Mollie, Ollie, and Lollie. My favorite hobbies are reading and going to the beach.
Brynne Sprengel
Kindergarten Teacher
Hi! My name is Brynn Sprengel, and I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a degree in Elementary Education. I am so excited for the new school year in Kindergarten! I love helping young learners build confidence, explore new ideas, and develop a lifelong love of learning in a caring and supportive classroom. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, crafting, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to an amazing year of learning and growing together!
Lexie Hansen
Kindergarten Instructional Aide
I'm Lexie Hansen! I work as a kindergarten aide, where I am blessed to help our Rosinton Kinders learn, grow, and build confidence each day. I enjoy being part of students' learning experiences and helping them feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. I am currently pursuing my education degree and working toward becoming a teacher. I am married to my best friend, Darren, and we have two dogs, Hudson and Blue. I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new things, and working with kids!
Our aide, Mrs. Lexie, works with all 3 kinder classes throughout the day by helping students, preparing materials, & assisting wherever she is needed. We’re sure you’ll hear her name often as your child shares about all the wonderful things happening in kindergarten!
