Ginger Argo
1st Grade Teacher

Hi! I’m Ginger Argo, and I’m starting my 16th year of teaching. I spent 10 years teaching kindergarten and am now beginning my sixth year teaching first grade at Rosinton. I love helping young learners grow and making learning fun. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and am proud to have a son who attends the University of Alabama. I’m looking forward to a great school year!
Alicia Giles
1st Grade Teacher

I’m Alicia Giles, and I’m a 1st grade teacher. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of West Florida. I love to help young learners build confidence, develop a love for learning, and reach their full potential. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to come to school each day.
My husband and I have three wonderful children who keep life fun and busy. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, traveling, swimming, serving at church, and helping out with our family business. I look forward to continuing to partner with families and serve our school community.
Robin Hawley
1st Grade Teacher

My name is Robin Hawley and I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Master degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a first-grade teacher with more than 30 years of experience and have been blessed to spend my career helping young learners build a strong foundation for lifelong success. Teaching first grade is a joy, and I truly cherish the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my students each day. I am grateful to work alongside amazing teachers and staff at Rosinton School, whose friendship and support make our school feel like family. Outside the classroom, family is my greatest blessing. I have two children and three grandchildren who bring so much joy to my life. I also enjoy spending time in my garden on my little hobby farm and love traveling whenever I have the opportunity. I feel incredibly thankful for the privilege of teaching and inspiring young hearts and minds.
