Morning Announcers

Rosinton’s Morning Announcers are 6th grade student leaders who help start each school day on a positive and organized note. Each morning, they lead the school in the Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence, share birthday announcements, present a Quote of the Day and Joke of the Day, and remind everyone of Rosinton’s motto:  Lead, Grow, Connect, Serve with Kindness and Enthusiasm Every Day. 

Our announcers also provide important daily and weekly reminders about upcoming events, activities, and celebrations happening at Rosinton Elementary School. In addition, they help keep our school running smoothly by reminding teachers to post attendance and lunch counts. 

 

Through this leadership opportunity, students develop confidence, public speaking skills, responsibility, and school pride while serving the Rosinton community and helping keep students and staff informed, connected, and engaged.
