Rosinton Archery Team

Rosinton Elementary is proud to offer an Archery Team for 5th and 6th grade students. Archery provides students with the opportunity to develop focus, discipline, patience, sportsmanship, and confidence while learning safe and proper archery techniques. Participants build precision, goal-setting skills, and teamwork while representing Rosinton with pride.

The program consists of both a Practice Team and a Competition Team. The Practice Team allows students to learn and develop their archery skills, while the Competition Team represents Rosinton Elementary in local tournaments and competitive events.

Tryout information will be sent home with all 5th and 6th grade students.

We encourage interested students to watch for details and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to be part of Rosinton Archery. 🏹💙💛

We are pleased to announce the following students have earned a position on the Rosinton Archery Team for 2025-2026!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  This year’s tryouts showcased an incredible group of talented and dedicated students. The final selections were based on adherence to the 11 Steps to Archery Success as well as overall scores. Please understand that these decisions were extremely difficult. Every student who tried out should be proud of their performance and effort. The Competition Team will practice Tuesday mornings from 7:15-7:50 AM.

For students who were not selected for the competition team, we will be offering a Practice Team. Students on the Practice Team will have a strong opportunity to move to the competition team as they continue to improve. Deputy Wolf will work with the Practice Team students on Thursday mornings from 7:15–7:50 AM, throughout the school year. This optional program provides continued instruction in the fundamentals of archery and improvement of skills.

We truly appreciate each student who tried out and gave their best. Our goal is to provide quality coaching and individualized attention to help our archers grow and prepare for future tournaments.

To our new Rosinton Archery Team members, we are excited to begin planning competition opportunities and look forward to a great season ahead!
