Mrs. Mallette's Rules *Be respectful and kind to everyone. *Always try our hardest. *Raise your hand when you wish to speak during a lesson. *Listen carefully. *Follow directions. *Be prepared for class. *Treat others the way you want to be treated. Our Classroom Norms *Keep agendas and binders neat. *Try to help a classmate when needed. *Don't tattle-tale, but do tell the teacher about important and serious issues. *Don't waste classroom supplies. *Walk quietly in the classroom and hallways. *Don't pass notes. *Respect our classroom, classmates, and teachers. *Don't interrupt people when talking. *Always use your manners. *Return money or lost property that we find to your teacher. *Get your teachers permission before leaving the classroom. *Don't move icons around on computers. *NO FIGHTING! *Don't lean back in your chairs, you may get hurt. *Always come to school ready to learn with a positive attitude! Notes for Absences When a students is absent, a pearent is expected to send a note or doctor's excuse to school within 3 days of the student's return to school. The notes may be written on notepaper, written in the agenda, faxed, or emailed by the parent. If a studnet needs to out of town during schools days, a letter must be given to our principal, Dr. Harden, before leaving for the absence.
